A truly global leader having lived and worked in Netherlands, India and Australia, he has led large teams and managed senior stakeholders. Arnab shares with you a hands-on approach to any opportunity or challenge and firmly believes embracing change is possible with the right intent and awareness.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Arnab has worked for about 25 years with large multinational brands like Price Waterhouse Coopers, Macquarie and Vodafone. He has played the roles of subject matter experts, project manager for large multinational engagements, financial reporting lead and business finance lead for global bank over the last 15 years and will bring that experience to practice as he acts as a trusted adviser for corporate leaders. He is also a certified coach at International Coaching Federation and plans to share his experience to evoke awareness quotient for the corporate leaders so that they become a dynamic leader to prepare for opportunities in the future.

When Arnab is not at his work, he likes to play the guitar alongside his wife Moumita and son Amolik. Arnab started learning the instrument during the pandemic days, but already has his sights set on his next hobby,  golf!  Arnab believes health and a good fitness regime is essential for a healthy mind. He belongs to the melodious city of Kolkata and hence culture is in his roots. He can easily give a musical and theatrical twist to any challenge he faces in is work or personal life.
