positive momentum Pam French

Pam French

Pam’s career started unexpectedly in her last year of University when one of her best friends launched a Spatial Analysis start-up and Pam jumped onboard to set up and run the office, fitting in work around her lectures.

After graduating Pam has enjoyed a varied career working in administrative and operations management roles for companies in the technology and consulting sectors. Pam thrives in busy collaborative environments where attention to detail is key to ensuring successful outcomes. Nowhere was this more crucial than during her 9 months in Afghanistan working as a reservist for the British Army. Her no nonsense approach and practical approach to work ensures she fits in perfectly with Positive Momentum.

Pam values work life balance and when she is not at work loves a new challenge. She is a keen cyclist - and has been known to cycle from Istanbul to London and 1700 miles around India, is a British Cycling Breeze Champion, and regularly organises rides for women and children in her recently adopted city of Cardiff. She has also recently tried her hand at tandem riding with visually impaired cyclists. Pam loves spending time with her husband and 2 boys, using them as guinea pigs to test out her latest culinary delights, however the recent zero waste experiment of using conkers as a replacement for laundry soap has been less of a hit with the family!
