Paul Taylor

Paul's entry into working life was at the really sharp end; he was a PE teacher for 6 years in a Manchester Secondary School none too famous for either it's leafy suburbs nor its Alumni!!

Realising that he was not about to become Education Secretary, nor left midfield for Liverpool FC and with a pressing need to pay his bills, he made the leap into the mythical world of sales via Rank Xerox, closed his eyes, did what he was told and hoped for the best!

Paul's focus on the customer environment and the people within it led to an extremely successful and enjoyable career in sales and senior management with several large organisations, including CASE, Cabletron, Alcatel and Orange.

In 2007 after 21 years he shed his corporate skin and set up RedMen Sales Consultancy, focused on best practises in Sales and Business Leadership. Having worked with Matt Crabtree in several areas in the past Paul was delighted to be invited to join the Positive Momentum group of consultants in January this year. Apart from his experience and skills in solving business problems and issues, Paul's dulcet Liverpudlian tones will enliven most audiences especially during translation!
