Matt Crabtree
Matt Crabtree is the founder and principal partner of Positive Momentum.
Through a carefully contrived strategy of luck, sycophancy and outright bribery, Matt enjoyed a sales and general management corporate career with the likes of Pitney Bowes, AT&T and Barclays Bank. He attained his first board position at 28 running the sales function of a £250m telecoms company and then went on to become one of the youngest senior executives at Barclays.
Having been kicked out of corporate life under a cloud at the end of 2002 he did what any lack of self respecting ex-executive would do and set up a consultancy.
Today he travels the world working with clients that want to take their sales, leadership and/or motivational game to the next level. He speaks at conferences, provides one to one coaching and runs selective training workshops.

A committed family man, Matt walks the work/life balance talk by taking all school holidays off with his wife and two young daughters who by the end of each holiday look forward to him going back to work!
