I believe leading teams is a privilege and I have always created a culture to allow people to thrive and be successful. Doing things right, driving positive impact to the bottom line of an organisation and building pride amongst the workforce. I believe there is no better feeling for staff than when you break down silos in an organisation and enable them to work toward a single goal as a team which always delivers success I have led teams from multiple disciplines including Research and Development, Manufacturing, Services, Business Development and Marketing both field and Vertical across EMEA and Globally. Whilst at Symbol, Motorola I was part of their global speaking circuit, regularly running workshops and seminars to groups of around 300 people primarily showing sales people and partners how to lead customer engagements with value. I was also chosen to speak at the plenary session for the global sales conference to over 3,000 sales people and partners.
