David Rundle
Having spent over 25 years working in the Financial Services Sector, David finally saw the error of his ways and joined Positive Momentum as a Senior Partner.
David's last role was as Managing Director of Barclays Commercial Bank, and he brings with him a wealth of experience in dealing with UK Corporates. Having lead a workforce of 2500 people he has undertaken scale leadership and would consider himself first and foremost a people person. His particular specialisms are in motivation, leadership and income generation and he loves to get involved in thorny business issues and helping successful companies and individuals become even more successful.
In the past David was responsible for training aspiring Bank Managers, but this was in the days when the Customer came first and the Banks wanted long term sustainable relationships. These values are still very important to him, and are appropriate for all types of business.
Outside of work David divides his time between his family and his motorbikes, and sometimes it is not at all clear which he loves the most! It's hard not to get infected with his enthusiasm and desire to really enjoy the work that he does.
