Having spent over 34 years working in Corporate Banking for the RBS (previously NatWest) Group, some thought Bill would retire to France to plant the vineyard he talks about endlessly. But no, in his quest to prove "I'm not just a banker", Bill wants to bring his passion for seeing things through the eyes of the customer, harness it with the skills within the Positive Momentum team, and help clients manage cultural change, enhance leadership skills, and build successful sales teams.

He certainly has the background, experience and knowledge gained from leading large teams of relationship managers through periods of massive change during the past decade. Bill has, most recently, had successful stints as a Managing Director in the North of England and, prior to that, running a subsidiary company in France. Working with Positive Momentum helped him lead his former RBS team through the challenges in the UK Financial Sector over the past three years. That experience, coupled with his huge energy, drive and winning mentality, means Bill is a valuable addition to our team, and to our clients businesses in 2011.
