360 Lite Survey

We are well known for not exactly being big fans of psychometric diagnostic tools. Whilst a 'Lyers Smiggs' type assessment might very well offer an accurate representation of someone's personality, in our experience these are all too often used by the recipients as an excuse for dysfunctional behaviour rather than as a solution. Frankly you might as well read your teams horoscopes to guide their development!

We are however HUGE fans of 360° surveys. When done well these excellent reports create a dialogue between a manager and his reports, peers, manager and even customers that is specific, direct and solution oriented.
